AUREQEL VIANORIA · WEBSITE INFORMATION

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms explain the conditions for using the Aureqel Vianoria website and reading information about our web design courses. They distinguish general website access from any separate training or enrolment agreement. Please review them before relying on course descriptions or contacting us.

1. Who operates this website

This website is operated by Aureqel Vianoria Ltd , with company number 14827396 and VAT number GB 417 3829 56. Our contact address and electronic correspondence details appear in the Contact page and at the end of these terms. References to “we”, “our” and “us” mean that company; “you” means the visitor.

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply when you browse our public website, read course information, follow its navigation links, or prepare an enquiry. Using the public site does not in itself enrol you on a course, create a student account, or establish a paid service contract. Where we agree to provide training, a separate offer or enrolment document may contain course-specific conditions, schedules, pricing and cancellation rights; those arrangements must be reviewed before you commit.

We ask visitors to use the website responsibly and lawfully. If you disagree with these website terms, please discontinue use of the site rather than submitting information through its contact feature.

3. Website content and academic purpose

Our pages describe web design fundamentals, visual hierarchy, user interface systems, user experience research, responsive design, advanced visual communication and learning approaches. They are informational descriptions of areas of study. Course titles, learning objectives, examples and illustrations are intended to help prospective students evaluate whether a pathway suits their interests and prior experience.

We aim to keep the material clear and current, but educational topics and teaching methods evolve. Publicly accessible descriptions are not a guarantee of a particular syllabus version, tutor, course date, award, employment outcome, or place on a programme. Confirm important details with us directly before making financial or educational commitments.

4. Enquiries and email drafts

The enquiry form on the Contact page runs locally in your browser and prepares a draft message for your chosen email application. It does not submit messages to a external website service or send email automatically. You must review and send the draft yourself. Your device may require an installed or configured email application, and we cannot confirm receipt of an unsent draft.

Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive personal details. We may use information you choose to email us to answer course questions and manage related correspondence, as explained in our Privacy Policy .

5. Permitted use

You may browse the site and save limited excerpts for your own non-commercial evaluation of web design education, provided credits and applicable copyright notices are preserved. You must not misrepresent our authorship, interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to access systems without permission, insert malicious content, impersonate others, or use material from the site in a manner that infringes third-party rights.

Automated access that materially disrupts availability, scrapes personal contact information for unsolicited marketing, or bypasses technical safeguards is not permitted. Ordinary search-engine crawling consistent with our published indexing instructions is not prohibited by this clause.

6. Intellectual property and educational materials

Unless otherwise stated, the layout, original explanations, brand marks, course descriptions, design illustrations and other original materials on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Some photographs and visual assets may have separate licences from their creators. Their inclusion on our site does not transfer a licence to reuse them elsewhere.

You may share links to our public pages. Republishing substantial course material, translating it for redistribution, commercially exploiting our branding, or presenting our work as your own requires permission from the relevant rights holder, unless an applicable statutory exception permits the use.

7. Third-party rights and external resources

The current website package serves its visual assets, scripts, styles and ordinary fonts without external frontend network dependencies. A visitor choosing to open an email application or a future external link may interact with software or services outside our control. Those separate services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not make representations on behalf of an email provider, browser vendor or website host.

8. Accuracy and changes to courses

We make reasonable efforts to describe the scope and objectives of our web design learning pathways accurately. Nevertheless, descriptions may be clarified, reorganised or updated to reflect new interfaces, accessibility standards and design practices. Images and example compositions illustrate teaching concepts; they should not be read as promises of particular physical equipment or facilities.

If you rely on a course date, price, mode of instruction, prerequisite or credential, obtain written confirmation before committing. Any change to an existing student contract will be governed by the conditions actually agreed with that student and by applicable consumer law.

9. Availability and technical interruptions

We may maintain, redesign or temporarily suspend parts of the public site for security, accessibility or operational reasons. Online access also depends on your device, browser and local network. We cannot guarantee the site will be available without interruption, although we aim to keep core information and contact details accessible.

The site is provided for general information and enquiry preparation. There are no accounts, payment checkout facilities or course streaming features in the current public frontend.

10. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains which information may be processed in connection with site access and correspondence, the legal bases for that processing, relevant retention principles and your rights. Our Cookie Policy describes the current frontend’s approach to cookies and similar technologies. Neither document changes the statutory rights available to you under applicable data protection law.

11. Liability and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so is unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we do not accept responsibility for losses resulting solely from reliance on general, unconfirmed educational descriptions, technical failure outside our reasonable control, or unauthorised misuse of the site.

Nothing here excludes rights or remedies you may have under a separate training contract, applicable consumer legislation or other mandatory law. These terms should not be treated as an attempt to exclude those safeguards.

12. Links and references

Internal links connect the Home, About, Courses, Contact and policy pages. If a future version includes outbound references, their presence would not automatically imply endorsement or control of the linked site. We are not responsible for another operator’s content and encourage visitors to review that operator’s own terms before supplying personal information.

13. Fair treatment and accessibility

We aim to make information about web design learning accessible through semantic page structure, keyboard-accessible navigation, descriptive images and readable mobile layouts. If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need the course information in an alternative form, contact us using the published email or telephone details. We will consider practical requests in accordance with applicable law.

14. Governing law and resolving concerns

These website terms are interpreted under the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory legal rules in your place of residence provide otherwise. If you have a concern, please contact us first and explain the page or issue involved so that we can investigate. This clause does not remove consumer protections or mandatory rights to bring a claim in another competent jurisdiction.

15. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms when the website’s capabilities change or when legal and operational requirements evolve. An updated document will show a revision date. Changes are ordinarily effective when published and do not retroactively override a separate agreement already made with you. Please review the current text when using the site for a new enquiry.
