AUREQEL VIANORIA · WEBSITE INFORMATION
Cookie Policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and comparable browser technologies do, how the current Aureqel Vianoria site behaves, and what control you have over your browser. It is written specifically for the present public website about web design education and its email-draft enquiry feature.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text record that a website can ask a browser to store. Cookies can, depending on their design, support a sign-in session, remember preferences, enable a shopping basket, maintain security or record visitor behaviour. A website can also use browser storage, pixels or scripts for similar ends; those mechanisms should be considered when describing online tracking rather than focusing only on files labelled “cookies”.
Some cookies are set by the website visited (first-party cookies), while others may be set by a service embedded from a different website (third-party cookies). Cookies differ in duration: session cookies may disappear when the browser session ends, while persistent cookies remain until their set expiry or removal.
2. Current cookie usage on this website
In the current static website frontend, we have not implemented analytics cookies, marketing cookies, preference cookies, account cookies, advertising identifiers or cookie-based personalisation. The displayed pages work through ordinary local HTML, CSS, images and JavaScript. The mobile navigation state is held only in the active page while you are browsing; it is not stored as a cookie.
No visitor consent banner is displayed because the website does not presently offer optional tracking cookies that require a visitor’s preference. This is not a claim that every possible future hosting arrangement or browser extension is incapable of storing information; it describes the functionality included in this delivered site.
3. Strictly necessary technical processing
A website host may use essential technical mechanisms for secure content delivery, traffic protection or load balancing, depending on how the site is deployed. Such measures are separate from the frontend source files supplied here. If infrastructure-controlled cookies are introduced, their purpose, provider and lifespan must be reviewed in the live hosting configuration and reflected in this policy where necessary.
Essential operational technologies should not be repurposed for advertising or behavioural tracking without satisfying the relevant legal requirements.
4. Analytics and advertising
The website does not currently load remote analytics libraries, advertising pixels, remarketing scripts, social-media widgets or third-party video players. We do not use cookie identifiers to measure individual visit paths, link browsing sessions across devices or construct personalised advertising profiles.
If optional analytics or advertising technologies are added later, the website’s privacy and cookie information should be updated before they are activated. Where consent is required, those technologies should remain inactive until a valid visitor choice is recorded.
5. Fonts, photographs and other visual assets
The frontend uses locally packaged images, styles and scripts and relies on browser-available typefaces rather than making remote font-provider requests. Opening an ordinary page therefore does not ask a third-party CDN to supply a font, stylesheet, background image or script. Photographs used in course examples remain ordinary page assets and do not act as tracking pixels.
6. Email-draft enquiry form
When you complete the Contact form, local browser JavaScript validates the fields and prepares a draft email. It does not save your name, telephone number or message into a site cookie or persistent browser-storage entry. You must send the message yourself from an email application to deliver it.
Your own email provider or email client may store drafts, sent messages and account preferences under its own terms. That separate storage does not mean Aureqel Vianoria has set a cookie or received your message through the website.
7. Browser cache and cookies are different
Your browser may cache site files, including images and style sheets, so it can display pages more efficiently on a later visit. Ordinary cached resources are not necessarily cookies and are not used by our frontend to recognise a person across visits. Cache size, age and removal are controlled largely by browser settings and the HTTP headers configured by the eventual host.
Refreshing a page, clearing the browser cache, deleting cookies and clearing site data are related but distinct actions. If you want to remove previously saved website data, consult your browser’s privacy controls for the relevant site origin.
8. How to control cookies
Most browsers offer settings to block cookies by default, remove cookies for an individual website, delete all stored site data, or clear information when the browser closes. Some browsers also let you review the cookies and storage associated with the current site in their developer tools or privacy panel.
Blocking all cookies may affect unrelated sites where logins, shopping carts or language preferences depend on them. It should not prevent ordinary browsing of the present Aureqel Vianoria public pages because they do not require a cookie to display their core content or use the mobile menu.
9. Third-party websites and applications
The act of visiting another website, choosing an email application or using a browser extension may involve different cookie or storage practices controlled by those providers. Our internal site navigation does not embed their tracking systems into our pages. Before giving information to a separate provider, review its relevant privacy documentation.
We cannot erase cookies or drafts created within your independent email account, browser extensions or other websites, because those facilities are not controlled by this page.
10. Privacy implications
Where cookies or similar identifiers contain or can be linked to personal information, relevant data protection law may apply in addition to rules on storing or accessing information on a user’s device. Read our Privacy Policy for information about course enquiry correspondence, possible hosting logs, processing purposes, retention and your legal rights.
11. When cookie consent would be required
If a future version introduces non-essential technologies for analytics, advertising, experience personalisation or embedded services, the relevant information and choices must be presented before those technologies are used where applicable law requires consent. A consent mechanism should offer a genuine choice, including refusal and withdrawal, rather than relying on continued browsing as consent.
No such optional technology is active in this version. Accordingly, the absence of a consent banner is intentional and reflects the current implementation.
12. Policy review and updates
We review the cookie information when the site’s features change, such as adding account functions, a booking service, analytics or new embedded content. Updates should explain the purpose, supplier, duration and applicable choice mechanism for any newly introduced technologies, as relevant. The date above indicates the current publication version.
